HB38– Substance Use and Health Care

This bill that would provide Medicaid to incarcerated people up to 30 days before release is sailing through the legislature! Now we just need the approval of the full Senate.

SB74 – Family Planning Services (Passed the Senate 2.25.2020) In committee MONDAY 3/2/2020 at 4:00 PM

This bill would provide Medicaid coverage for family planning services for people below 250% of the federal poverty level.
